What are the payment options?

We currently accept major credit cards, Brandyinthesky Boutique gift cards, Afterpay, and PayPal, the most trusted way to pay online.

To use a gift card, proceed to checkout and enter the gift card code where prompted. If your order total exceeds gift card amount, you will be prompted to choose an additional payment method for the remaining balance.


Where are your products made?

Many of our products are handmade or assembled in the USA.

Some of our current products or components are also produced in locations across the globe, including work by Fair Trade artisans. See product descriptions for more information. 


What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.  Because we are a small business with low markups, buyer pays return postage, which will be refunded for defective items only. Please see our store policy page for more details. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

How much is shipping? What type of shipping do you offer?

We offer standard First Class shipping to U.S. customers via USPS. 

Standard Shipping Rates start at $5.00. 

Free Standard Shipping for orders $150 and over.

U.S. Priority Mail rates begin at $8.95. 

Items shipped directly from the USA supplier may incur additional postage based on weight.

Due to COVID-19, inclement weather, and/or the increased volume of our carriers, delays may occur.
